Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your scene pack.

• 14-day refund: if your scene pack doesn't work for you, for any reason, email [your contact email] within 14 days of purchase with your order number and we'll arrange a full refund.
• Technical problems: if your images failed to generate, reload your pack page first (retries are free). If it still doesn't work, contact us and we'll refund you.
• How refunds are paid: our reseller Paddle.com processes all refunds to your original payment method. You can also contact Paddle directly via the link in your receipt email.
• The free tool is free, so there's nothing to refund.

This policy doesn't affect your statutory rights.
